FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
⦿ BACKGROUNDS? W-what backgrounds?
I’m no master at drawing backgrounds, but if you request me to and want to make me suffer, I’ll gladly try!

Every commissioned piece will include a default simple background, designed by my discretion. Usually, it is something not too hard to draw (i.e. gradients, geometric shapes, silhouettes, brush waves, etc.), but I make sure it still enriches the overall composition. I'd hate to leave the drawing too bland!
Customized complex backgrounds include fully rendered environments. If you have a vision of your own environment and want to see it in the piece, then this is the way to go. I'm not too confident with my background skills at the moment, but I promise to do my best.
⦿ ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS? The more the merrier.
I can certainly include more characters, I like the challenge!

You are free to suggest any pose to the additional character/s, for no additional charges.
⦿ RESOLUTION? Pixels and stuff!
I always go by 3000 x 3800 pixels and higher, by default, at 150 to 200 DPI. Any higher resolution and my PC will probably crash!
⦿ POSES? Oooh, boy…
You can ask me to draw any pose, on any style, and I’ll do my best to get it right! Nothing too suggestive, though. See below.
⦿ LIMITATIONS? Do you have any?
I will NOT draw any NSFW requests (gore, porn, triggering subjects like suicide and abuse, dead puppies T.T) or anything else that I may find personally disturbing. I’m a huge prude! Some "video game" violence is tolerated as long as it isn’t too over-the-top.
⦿ SLOTS? How many clients at a time?
Due to real life obligations, I may not be able to accommodate several commissions at a time.
The number of commissions I can take on and the time I can finish them will depend on the style (monochrome of full colors), the skill required, and of course, my free time. Safe to say, I will not take on any commissions I may not finish due to foreseen circumstances. There may also be other personal reasons for me to deny your request, and this may or may not be disclosed.
The number of slots open is not fixed and may change over time. I will be sure to update everyone on my Twitter page, and on here.
⦿ PAYMENTS? Do you accept cookies?
Yes, I do accept cooki – I mean, no!
If you pay at the moment I agree to be commissioned, that will instantly guarantee that your request will get done nice and fast. Otherwise, there is a minimum down payment of 50% upfront. The rest of the bling is sent before I give the completed art.
Once your commission request has been selected, I will send you a first draft and an invoice via PayPal. You can also pay directly through here: paypal.me/pinwheelten. Again you must either pay full or a minumim downpayment of 50% of the total price for the commission to proceed.
For clients in the Philippines, GCash is also an available mode of payment.

⦿ REFUNDS? Can I have my money back?
Full refunds are possible if the client changes their mind, but only if I have not started the request or am very early on in the process (i.e. during the first drafting stage). Otherwise, refer to the table below.
I may also offer full refunds if I find that I am unable to complete the commission request for any reason.

Please note that how much I would return for refunds < 50% will be based solely on my discretion. Upon premature termination of the commission, you will not receive any version of the artwork, regardless of its progress.
⦿ REVISIONS? What if I want to change things?
To avoid dissatisfaction of the final product, I will always make sure to update you along the way with the following: Draft > Clean Line art and flat colors > Final rendering. Revisions are welcome anytime during this process.
Once the artwork is completed and sent to your email, you will be allowed one (1) more major revision. Further revisions beyond this will now include a corresponding additional fee, based on the complexity.
